Taxi Licensing


We provide a comprehensive taxi licensing law service and Antony Schiller is a preferred solicitor/advocate for the National Private Hire and Taxi Association (NPHTA), regularly representing members with their taxi-related issues nationwide. He is also the approved solicitor/advocate for a number of ” taxi driver associations” and “taxi bases” helping them with a variety of taxi related issues.

Antony is also the official solicitor for a number of Hackney Carriage associations, and works closely with a number of unions including Unite and the App Drivers and Couriers Union (ADCU).

The service includes all advice and representation from an initial complaint or summons to attend your local committee to appeals conducted in the Magistrates’, Crown and High Courts of England and Wales.

Work is undertaken on behalf of drivers, operators and associations and all advocacy is conducted by Antony Schiller in person.
